IDEA灵感 ("we") values your personal information and will protect it in accordance with applicable laws. We may collect the following:
1. Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address, nickname, and other basic information.
2. Idea & Chat Content: Text, voice transcripts, images, and conversation context you provide when using AI chat, voice input, or image attachments.
3. Usage Data: We collect crash logs and performance data to improve the product experience.
4. Device Information: Including device model and OS version for optimization purposes.
2. Information Usage
We use collected information for the following purposes:
1. To provide and maintain our services, including AI chat, idea structuring, star map, and other core features.
2. To improve and optimize the product experience based on anonymized usage data analysis.
3. To ensure service security, detecting and preventing fraud and abuse.
4. To send you product-related notifications and updates with your explicit consent.
AI features: We do not send your chat content to any third-party AI service until you check the box and confirm on the in-app "Third-Party AI Services & Personal Data Sharing" screen.
3. Information Storage
1. Your idea content is stored locally on your device by default, encrypted for security.
2. Account information, chat history, and idea content are stored in cloud database services provided by Supabase, Inc. (Supabase), transmitted over encrypted channels with access controls.
3. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data.
4. After you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize all your personal information within 30 days.
4. Information Sharing & Third-Party AI Services
We do not sell your personal information. With your in-app consent (checking the box on the "Third-Party AI Services & Personal Data Sharing" screen), we send the following personal data via encrypted channels to the third parties listed below:

1. Supabase, Inc. (Supabase): hosts and stores your account information, chat history, idea content, and related business data.
2. ByteDance Volcengine (Beijing Volcengine Technology Co., Ltd.): processes text and images with Doubao large language models to generate AI replies and structured ideas; uses embedding models for idea similarity.
3. Apple Inc.: on-device speech recognition converts voice to text when you use voice input; transcripts are then sent to Volcengine as described above.
We require these partners to provide protections at least equivalent to this policy and not to use your content to train public-facing models (subject to provider terms and our contracts). We do not disclose your information to other parties except as required by law or with your separate consent.
5. Your Rights
Under applicable laws you may:
1. Access your personal information.
2. Request correction of inaccurate data.
3. Request deletion (processed after a 7-day cooling period).
4. Withdraw consent to third-party AI data processing in Settings → Third-Party AI Data Processing; AI chat will be disabled until you consent again.
5. Delete your account in Settings.
6. Policy Updates
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Updated policies will be notified within the app and take effect upon your continued use. Major changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
